Small batch - raindrops
Notes:
Added extra 100g oils incase need a bit more.
TD in cloud portion. (211g - 1/3 of remaining batter after raindrops removed)
Small amount of indigo infused almond oil to main part of batter for sky - prob also need a bit of TD. (422g - 2/3 remaining batter after raindrops removed)
Raindrop 1: pink clay. 8% of batter for each colour. (66g)
Raindrop 2: paprika infused oil. (66g)
Raindrop 3: annatto infused oil. (66g)
Should only need small amounts of infused oils for colour. Extra superfat rather than whole replacement.
Using cardboard cloud shape to sculpt cloud.
Made pipette extenders for squeeze bottles for raindrops.
