Notes:
Citric acid at 2% of oil weight = 18 g mixed with lye water; need additional 10.8g of NaOH to compensate for reaction which creates sodium citrate.
(10g citric acid neutralizes 6g of NaOH --- 2 : 1.2 ratio)
Sodium lactate is in powdered form, using 60% of recommended 4g / 16oz, which is about 4.5g for 900g oils. Sodium lactate added to lye water.
1g sugar for every 100g of oil to promote lather; sugar added in at trace.
