Updated Oleic C-bomb
Notes:
Hot process soap:
- Melt oils, weigh them in 1 container. Make sure the container is heat and lye proof, and can be cooked in a pot (and fits the pot!).
- Weigh -OHs and water. Add -OHs to water. Stir until clear.
- Add salt to the water, stir until clear.
- Add water to oils, stir until combined.
- Add sugar.
- Blend until a slight change in consistency (maybe 10 minutes?)
- Boil a potful of water meanwhile.
- Cook the container in water bath, put the lid on but make sure it can "burp".
- Remove from the heat then gel phase is reached (maybe 3 hours).
- Put a part of the soap into the mold, keep the rest on the stove. Put the mold in the refrigerator. Take the soap out. Repeat 9 until no soap left.
