Ez a narancsos sütőtökös szappan tökös fele. Az oliva olaj körömvirág macerátum, 40 gr ebből az sf, ebbe kerül az édes narancs illó kukorica keményítővel elkeverve. Ha a massza megfőtt és 60 fok körüli mehet bele az Sf és a sütőtök püré. Ha lehűlt 50 fokra mehet bele a méz és a joghurt. a két réteg egymásra kerül a tömbbe közéjük mehet az őrölt szerecsendió
