rosmarin, lavander and Jara leaves with (aprox a total of 100grs) where added when rendering fat Tap Water (1/4 of fats) and 4 tbsp of sea salt where added when rendering to clean of impurities. 1st Fat rendering lasted 7hs. Then filtered with cotton cloth. Remelted and refiltred with cotton cloth.
