Notes:
2:1 vegetable glycerin:KOH. Heat vegetable glycerin until 200°F, then add KOH salts.
Once KOH mixture is added to warmed oil mixture, blend until pasty, then cook on Low for 1.5 hours. After clarity test, dilute with water, stir, and let sit overnight on Warm.
