Notes:
two molds have 6 cavities each, each cavity is 4 oz. Batch adjusted (hopefully) to leave room in each cavity for the loofah slices. Pour batter into each cavity to coat the bottom, place loofah slice, and pour more batter over the slices (try to get as much batter in the cavity and saturate the loofah slice).
