Le gâteau aux carottes
Notes:
salt added to water after lye micture (should have added it before adding lye)
eos (vanilla, coffee, coconut bergamot) and superfat of mango butter/hemp oil after cook let cool 5 min
added 1tbs yogourt than the tsp of sodium lactate and waited 5 min
separated and added titanium dixoyde mixed with water to one part
added carrot purée with about half tsp of cinnamon, tumeric and paprika spices
kept everything hot, even the container, the part with carrot purée thickened quickly, think it needed more carrot juice
sprinkled some cinnamon on top
