Basic Tallow Frankincense & Myrr

Fragrance: Frankincense (68g)
Additives: Kaolin clay-mix with soft oils. Sugar-mix with water
Kaolin clay 1 tbs
Sugar 1 tbs

Step 1: Measure Tallow and coconut oil into a bucket and leave them completely solid
Step 2: Measure olive oil and castor oil and Kaolin clay in a separate container and keep them at room temperature
Step 4: Dissolve sugar into water at room temp. Add lye and immediately pour boiling hot amber sugar lye water directly over solid oils. Stir by hand with a spatula. The lard and coconut oil should melt quickly.
Step 5: As soon as the solids are fully melted, pour in the room temp olive and castor oil
Step 6: Bring to emulsification (not trace). Use stick blender for just a few quick bursts. Stop blending the second the oils and lye water are completely unified with no oil streaks left. The batter should look like thin milk.
Step 7: Divide batter for coloring if needed. Mix color with batter by hand. Step 8: Stir in Frankincense fragrance. Quickly by hand. and immediately pour into mold.
Step 9: Spray with Mica/Alcohol to texture tops
Step 10: Stick blend to emulsion/light trace
Step 11: Pour off about 1/3 the batter into the container with Mica and Olive oil
Step 12: Mix thoroughly until the color is uniform
Step 13: Proceed with design
