Notes:
The plan is to make this in three batches across five loaves. The first batch should be red and sculpted. The next batch should be for the main part of the apple, a double batch of this recipe to fiil and sculpt four loaves the third batch should be red for the top of the apples. * The recipe uses Primex brand Interesterified High Oleic Soybean Shortening made by Stratas Foods. * Add micas and fragrance to ingredient list. Can use jojoba oil to mix micas, which will slightly increase superfat, and add to ingredient list.
