Notes:
- El ácido cítrico se añade en el agua ANTES de mezclar con el NaOH.
- Lactato de sodio se agrega en la lejía (NaOH) cuando esté a una temperatura de ≤ 90 F.
- Mezcla las grasa - añade aditivos que aplica.
- Cuando el NOAH y las grasas estén ≤80 F, agregar la lejía sobre los aceites. Agrega la NO la espesar mucho.
- agrega la avena a todo la mezcla luego divides:
- ⅓ aprox. con cacao
- el restante color natura
- Agrega la fragancia (proporcional a las cantidades).
- en el envase donde está la mayor cantida vierte la que tiene el cacao en 4 punto y pasa la barita
- Vierte la mezcla al molde.
- Diseño en el tope.
- Rociarlos con alcohol 99%
