*** PREPARAR A PRINCIPIOS DE NOVIEMBRE
- Prepara el oleato con el aceite de oliva y las hojas de Ruda, unos días antes.
- Agregar el Ácido Cítrico en el agua fría (disuelve bien), completa con el café la cantidad de líquidos (66.5 g.)
- Agrega el Hidróxido de Sodio sobre el agua.
- Lactato de Sodio y azúcar: agregar a la Sosa cuando la temperatura esté ≤ 120F/49C.
- Mezclar los aceites y echar el café.
- Cuando estén en 80F aprox., agrega la lejía sobre los aceites.
