Notes:
Hot process in slow cooker. Round mold. Add salt, citric acid to lye solution. Remove from heat and blend at 120-130⁰ alternating immersion blender for 3-5 sec and hand stirring to trace. Return to heat to cook 40min, stirring ever 20⁰ or mashed pots phase. Stir while cooking every 20 minutes. Until reaches mashed pots phase. Add room temp Yogurt at mashed pots, last phase.
