Used heat transfer method and my new kaleidescope pull through setup! Too much tallow for heat transfer to melt all the way, so I poured boiling water into a bigger bowl and set the bowl of fats into that double-boiler style. 4 colors: activated charcoal, cocoa powder, plain coffee, TD. Expecting FO to discolor to light brown. Would have been a heroic success except that I tried to tamp the mold on the counter after I poured it and it leaked like ⅓ of my batter onto the counter! I scooped it up and added it back, and luckily most of the bars still look cool. Only 1.5 of them look like a cross section of a sewer pipe...
