My suggestion is to add an instructions module and to be able to link to it from up top, maybe in the drop-down box where My Recipes, etc are available. Also you could have little helpful pop-ups to explain what something is within the page of the Recipe Builder. Example of the latter would be where Liquid Discount appears after choosing Citric Acid or Vinegar occurs. A pop-up when one hovers over top of the option could explain why & how to use that yes or no.
