I would suspect the Rose Essential Oil and/or the Geranium EO is/are the culprit(s) if it is only happening in soap containing that EO. Are you sure it is DOS? Do the soaps also smell like rancid oil? Could it possibly be discoloration, which can occur with some fragrances.
